We have always thought of food as a combination of elements: colours, flavours, a sense of place, sounds and, above all, crossover. We believe strongly in identity, but even more in one guiding principle: eating is living, testing is evolving.

On Fernet evenings, we want to welcome you into our kitchen. Fabrizio Mantovani and his brigade will guide you on a journey we develop in our laboratory.

Our evenings are created to offer a space with broader horizons and fewer limitations. We seek a genuine connection between cook and diner.
