It's a deli, because what you see on the counter, you can buy and take home.
And it's a bistrot, because at lunchtime you can sit down and eat in a relaxed setting.
No secrets. Fabrizio Mantovani and his brigade cook right in front of you. Vegetables take center stage, bringing the whole garden into the kitchen.

Our dishes — the counter
Fresh preparations, every single day.
On the counter you'll find the chef's famous ratatouille di verdure, whipped baccalà mantecato, baked rabbit, and roast chicken. Plus, the garden dishes that change with the seasons.
Lunch to go
From Tuesday to Saturday. You drop by, pick it up, and your lunch break changes flavor.
Dinner at home
On Friday nights, takeaway runs until 21:00. On Saturdays, you can pick up your order between 18:30 and 19:30.
You grab a tray, take it home, and enjoy it on your couch.

Our hours
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Shop 9:30–15:30. Lunch and takeaway 11:30–15:00.
- Friday: Shop 9:30–21:00 (open all day). Lunch 11:30–16:00. Takeaway 11:30–21:00 (evening is takeaway only, no tables).
- Saturday: Shop 9:30–15:30 and 18:30–23:00. Lunch and takeaway 11:30–15:00. Evening pick-up 18:30–19:30. From 19:00 to 22:00 it's Fernet (by reservation).
- Sunday and Monday: Closed.
